  • ACP Resources is not responsible for penalties or fees incurred due to incorrect or late submissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client data.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

5. Payment and Fees

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. ACP Resources may terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid within 15 days.

7. Limitations of Liability

ACP Resources strives to provide accurate and timely financial services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Losses arising from the misuse of data provided by the client.
  • Errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect data supplied by the client.

In any case, ACP Resources’ liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
